Let's take a look at the loyalty module.

For users with a master/subaccount structure, it is important to understand that loyalty can only be configured on the masteraccount.


This example shows the data of an active loyalty program.
You can just click on a specific order which brings you to the specific customer information field.

You can add a new program or choose to edit the configuration of an existing program. You can activate only one loyalty program at the moment.

Most fields speak for themselves. You can choose the name for your points, and add symbols which will be shown to the client.
We also provided extra information that explains the functionalities of the different fields.

Pay special attention with the rules and the treshold.







You can also exclude specific shops from this loyalty program.
