How to personalise and whitelabel the NFT and wallets emails?

For this article, we will take a practical example.

Let's say we want to customise the email that is being sent out when a customer signs up for our whitelabeled wallet. How do you customise the email?

Step 1 - go in the menu to Settings - Personalised email templates

Step 2 - go to tab 'Default email templates' and search in the library

Use the word Verify to find the email that is sent out when we want that people verify their email address.

Note: by default we apply the English language as filter. You can remove it if you want.

Filter via the search bar

Step 3 - press the Copy button

When you press the copy button, you will notice the view changes to a copy of the email template.

Step 4 - Change the language of the email template

In the editor, at the top click on the button 'Show email settings'. A section at the right will appear where you can make changes to the language, the name of the template, and the email subject.

Step 5 - Change the URL to the own whitelabeled wallet domain

Click in the editor on the button element. At the right, change the URL field to the URL that you want. Don't forget to click 'save changes'.

Step 6 - return to the email templates

Click in the menu at the left or even faster, in the navigation bar at the top.

You can now repeat step 2 to 5 for every language that you want to support.

Step 7 - bind the email template(s) to the event.

You need to tell our system that for a certain customer event, you have prepared a custom email.
Binding these email templates is done in the tab 'email triggers'.

Step 8 - select the correct event in the list

There are quite some events so if you really are unsure, don't hesitate to contact us.

To personalise the email verification email, you must choose event 'web3 portal email verification'.

At the right side of the popup, choose your email template.

Step 9 - repeat for every language you want to support

The good news is that once this work is done, you don't need to further look to it, so it's a one-off effort
