How to style my Apple wallet pass via Sayl?
Support for Apple Wallet and Android Walletpasses
When you run your loyalty or membership program via Sayl, you can enjoy our support for mobile wallet passes. These are the cards that you find in the iPhone's Wallet app or for Android, on the Walletpasses app.
We support these wallet apps both for traditional loyalty, as for web3-enabled loyalty.
For traditional loyalty
Click in the menu on 'Loyalty'
Scroll at the right side down towards the wallet section.
Click on 'Customise the digital pass'
You have the possibility to change basically every element of the card (colors, icon, logo, ...)
For web3-powered loyalty
Go in the menu to the 'Settings' of the Web3 section
Click on Merchant wallet settings
On the merchant wallet settings page, scroll down until you have the Wallet passes section.
You can change the following elements of the card:
- background color
- main strip color
- text color
- icon
- background image
- logo
For the colors, if you don't know the exact hexadecimal value of the color, you can use the color picker at the right.
For the images: the Apple / Android wallet suppliers are very strict on the sizes of the images that you upload for the icon, logo or background. When you want to change any of these images, please upload a perfectly correct sized image:
For the icon: 29px x 29px
For the background: 375px x 123px
For the logo: 160px x 50px
Please use a graphical tool to make the size of your image correspond to these dimensions.
At the end, don't forget to Save your changes.
