How to set up physical loyalty rewards in Sayl Cloud?
In Sayl it is possible to reward people with
a discount; or
a physical perk
A physical perk or benefit could be a free tshirt, a mug, a free coffee, access to an event, it could be basically anything that has some value in the eyes of the customer.
A discount is pretty simple, when a customer orders, they can exchange their points for a reduction on the total amount of the basket.
Some of our clients prefer a financial incentive such as a discounts, others prefer a physical reward.
